About Us

We are sibling filmmakers, youtubers, and aspiring artists collaborating with other passionate nerds and creatives to make our first feature film.

Hope and Levi, siblings from San Diego, California, started writing The Goatman in 2019. In Fall of 2020, production was green lit, and we assembled the team. The cast and crew of The Goatman is a mix of some of our closest family, friends, and a number of incredible professionals brought on through their talent and hard work. We hope you enjoy our behind the scenes content and you continue to follow and support our quest to produce our own feature film.

We are Clay, Levi, and Hope Butner, the three executive producers of The Goatman.

The idea for The Goatman feature film was developed in 2010 when we first heard tales of The Goatman legend. After getting degrees in film and creative writing, we are finally able to tell our story and make this movie happen.

With the help of friends and family, we are funding this project on our own and relying on the donated time of our passionate peers.
